BCA is a non-profit organization with an annual budget dependent upon the tuition of children. Faithfulness in keeping school accounts current is necessary to maintain curriculum supplies, salaries and operational expenses. All contributions are tax deductible. All tuition is set up as automatic withdrawals. All families must complete the Tuition Express Application upon enrollment. There are no exceptions. All fees are NON-Refundable.
Registration & Application Fee
New Students: Infants through 1st grade - Registration fee is $75.00 per student.
Returning Students: Registration fee is $50.00 per student.
Over the years, many families have built our school through the investment of the time and resources. When you join BCA, you are beginning your investment into this educational community. New Family Commitment Fees are an expression of your commitment to the eduction of your child at Brookhollow Christian Academy. This is a one-time payment.
Activity Fee
Each family will be required to pay an “Annual Activity Fee” of $125 to supplement all the programming we provide, such as Donuts for Dads; Muffins for Moms; Grandparents Day Luncheon; Thanksgiving Day Luncheon; Valentine’s Luncheon and all other special activities. This Annual Activity Fee, along with Registration and Curriculum Fees are due upon enrollment. Thank you for helping us provide fun activities for you and your families.

Brookhollow Christian Academy daycare (Infants - Pre-K3) is year-round. Brookhollow Christian Academy school (Pre-K4 - 1st Grade) program year starts on August 14, 2023 - May 23, 2024. No holidays are counted in our curriculum billing days.
